The precise design of the driver baffle is a crucial element to high performance operation. The dimensions of this piece have been refined to counteract minute resonances ensuring uniform and uncolored sound dispersion.

Chosen for its ideal balance of rigidity and internal damping, a unique Glass Reinforced Polymer was selected as an optimum replacement material. This structural-grade polymer is much stronger than the original design; ensuring the driver sound is clean and pure without undesirable colorations often associated with ordinary plastics.

Following the completion of final testing, the finished driver assemblies are secured in their aluminum cups using stainless steel machine screws— a more complex production technique than usual, but far superior. Machine screws allow rock-solid mounting—ensuring maximum damping of the driver chassis.
