Magnum is an upgrade service only. We do not sell complete headphones. This product is for customers who currently own the Grado SR325/i/s, Grado HF-2, or Alessandro MS2/i headphones.

This service will void your original manufacturer’s warranty. All future warranty work will be carried out by Symphones. Your new warranty starts the day you receive your headphones and will be rendered by the inclusion of a warranty card with your modified headphone.

Several steps to optimize drivers and assemblies are non-reversible. As a result we cannot accept returns at this time. SYMPHONES reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without prior notice. SYMPHONES reserves the right to change product specifications, prices, and build times without prior notice.
